Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the students you enroll. Keep your login credentials private — you're responsible for activity on your account, including your children's student profiles. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

We offer a free starter plan, paid subscriptions (monthly and annual), and one-time add-ons. Payments are processed by Stripe; paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. One-time purchases don't renew. If we ever change a price, we'll email you before your next renewal so you can decide. Billing questions or refund requests: email support@simplepathhomeschool.com and we'll work it out.

SimplePath Learning is a curriculum and record-keeping tool — it supplements your instruction as a homeschooling parent; it does not replace it. Homeschool laws differ by state and country, and you are responsible for knowing and meeting your own requirements: filings, assessments, subjects, hours, and records. Our attendance logs, progress reports, and transcripts are built to help, but it's your job to confirm they satisfy your local rules. We are not an accredited school and do not issue accredited diplomas.

The AI teacher generates responses automatically, and like any AI it can be wrong, incomplete, or oddly confident. Treat it as a patient study helper, not an authority — review its conversations from your dashboard (they're all there) and step in where needed. It is not a source of medical, legal, or other professional advice. Message limits apply per student per day, and AI usage is subject to your plan's monthly allowance.

One account covers one household. Don't share your account beyond your household, resell or redistribute the curriculum, scrape the site, probe or overload our systems, misuse the AI teacher for anything other than learning, or use the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The curriculum, lessons, quizzes, and everything else on the platform belong to SimplePath Learning or our licensors. Your subscription gives your household a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own homeschool — including printing materials for your own students. It doesn't allow republishing, sharing outside your household, or commercial use.

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we'll tell you why. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you notice and time to export your family's records.

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
